In general all of we have accounts in Yahoo,Gmail.
We use them rapidly.
We send mails to somany.But the users that are in the same ISP and same Network can see your mail(The data in your mail) by grabbing data packets from Packer sniffers and by decoding the packets using UDP,HTTP analysers.
So your mail IDs,passwords,Your personal bank account numbers will be hacked.
To clear this security problem we have to use https protocals.
For that go to
Gmail->Settings->Browser Connection and click on Always use https and save changes and refresh the page.

Now you are safe.No body can see your discussions.
In Yahoo also this type of option will be there.Enable it.....
