THE DEVIL'S DUKE

When you click on Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel,if it shows Please check with your administrator,then we can conclude that it is disabled through our Network Administater Group Policy.

To delete this setting,

Go to Registry Editer Program,go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninstall and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninstall,then at right side of both we can see a DWORD value NoAddRemoveProgram.Select it and delete it in both of them.But for some people,they may can't have Uninstall in Policies.If any things are disabled by Network Administrater,then only we can see a subkey Uninstall in Policies.In normal situation it will not appear.
